PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation RFP-25-0552JM-C, Internet Services, Broadband
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for Broadband Internet Services. The Snohomish County Department of Information Technology currently utilizes Astound Business Solutions for its Snohomish County Administration Building and Department of Emergency Management, and Lumen Technologies for its Yakima, WA co-location. Six firms submitted proposals. Evaluation of the proposals determined two of those firms to be the highest ranked responsive and responsible providers in accordance with SCC 3.04.201(3) and section 3.04.140(11).
