PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation RFP-25-0630JM-C, WorkForce Suite Licenses
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for WorkForce Suite licenses. The Department of Information Technology previously procured these licenses via contract with Aspire HR, a reseller also providing implementation services. With implementation complete, DoIT now only requires licenses, maintenance, and support. One firm submitted a proposal. Evaluation of that proposal determined WorkForce Software to be a responsive and responsible provider in accordance with SCC 3.04.201(3) and section 3.04.140(11). The initial award term will be five (5) years, ending April 9, 2030, with the option to extend for additional five-year terms for the life of the product’s use by the County.
