PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval on the Assignment, Assumption and Consent Amendment to On-Call vendor Sazan Group, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The County and Sazan Environmental Services entered into an agreement on April 6, 2024, for two types of On-call category disciplines. One was for Electrical Engineering and the other was for Commissioning services. Sazan Environmental Services is in the process of transferring all of its business to a different division known as Sazan Group, Inc. A Assignment, Assumption and Consent Agreement was created to show the transfer of Sazan Environmental Services and replace any of their dealings with the name Sazan Group, Inc. from this point forward for the life of the contract.
