BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued for obtaining Bituminous Surface Coverstone (the Material) to be picked up by the County at the vendor’s location. Two (2) companies offered competitive pricing, Heidelberg Materials and Granite Construction. Their submittals represent a total of two (2) locations for materials.
