ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Mead made a motion to direct the Chair and Vice Chair to work with our Chief of Staff to complete and submit the provided Department of Health (DOH) form, consistent with Council comments, to satisfy the RCW requirement that DOH consult with the County on the potential Substance Use Disorder location in Lynnwood, pending an extension on the form from the Department of Health. Councilmember Nehring seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
