EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION: Approved by Ken Klein 9/2/25
PURPOSE: Agreement to provided deputies to Lakewood School District to serve as school resource officers on an overtime basis.
BACKGROUND: The Lakewood School District desires to have deputies assigned to act as School Resource Officers during the 2025 and 2026 school year. The deputies will work these SRO shifts on their regularly scheduled days off at the overtime rate. The Lakewood School District will reimburse the County for the costs of these overtime shifts for the days that these deputies are scheduled.
