BACKGROUND: A competitive bid was issued for the replacement of existing artificial turf to be replaced with new artificial turf per approved shop drawing submittal(s), including but not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, project administration and coordination necessary to completely and successfully install and make operational all site features shown and referenced the bid scope and drawings.
