PURPOSE: Approving the agreement with the City of Everett to fund the Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens Small Urban Tree Walk Renewal project
BACKGROUND: The 2021 Council-approved budget appropriated $10,000 per district for the Small Capital Projects Partnership (SCPP) grants. The grant application process was conducted in 2021, and recommendations were presented to and approved by the Council in July 2021. 2021 SCPP grant awards approved by Council Motion 21-469, included $10,000 for City of Everett to fund Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens Small Urban Tree Walk Renewal Project. When the agreement is approved and signed, project expenses will be submitted by the applicant and paid on a reimbursement basis.
