PURPOSE: Executive approval of Amendment(7) to the PSTAA Interlocal Agreement with Everett Community College to re-allocate unspent funds from ILA Budget 2023-2024 to ILA Budget 2024-2025.
BACKGROUND: The PSTAA ILA Amendment(6) included the 2024-2025 Services and Expenditure Plan for $285,427.78. The PSTAA ILA Amendment(7) reallocates unspent PSTAA funds from 2023-2024. This ILA amount is increased by $25,401.38 for a new ILA amount of $310,829.16. Ordinance 22-072 authorizes the executive to execute amendments to the annual services and expenditure plans that reallocate unspent funds from a prior program year and for which sufficient appropriations already exist.

All costs associated with this Interlocal Agreement amendment will be supported by PSTAA funds and these funds have been appropriated for 2024-2025 and have been included as part of the 2024 budget request.
