ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreements in the amount of $500,000 for each of the three plaintiffs in Brandi Lynn Castillo, et al. v. J.T. McKinney Co., Inc., et al., King County Superior Court Consolidated Cause No. 20-2-07273-7 SEA, as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and to authorize the County Executive to execute the documents necessary to memorialize the agreements, in consultation with the Prosecuting Attorney. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
