PURPOSE: Approving Bid Award Recommendation for Bid 23-045RB, Street Sweeper to SWS Equipment.
BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued on behalf of Public Works for three (3) new Street Sweepers to be used for sweeping the streets of Snohomish County. SWS Equipment offered a Schwarze A8 Twister TE Sweeper, which meets all required specifications.
