PURPOSE: To reclass Facilities and Fleet department position FAC9470R to Division Manager
BACKGROUND: Through Human Resources review and consideration of results of salary surveys of comparable positions in the labor market and across county departments a salary range adjustment is proposed for the recently vacated position of FAC9470R Fleet Services Division Director to Fleet Services Division Manager. The budget impact is negative and estimated below in fiscal implications.
