ORAL MOTION
Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion that the Council hereby authorize and approve the Settlement Agreement and Release of All Claims in the amount of $220,000.00 relating to the matter of: Marcos Camacho, et al. v. Snohomish County, et al.; Snohomish County Superior Court Cause Number 21-2-02063-31 as negotiated by the Prosecuting Attorney following consultation with the County Executive. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
