BACKGROUND: A competitive Bid was issued for the improvement for the intersection of Larch Way/Logan Road and Locust Way with the construction of a roundabout with curb and gutter, and shared use path. Work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, storm drainage, bioretention facility, paving, channelization, ADA ramps, roadway illumination, new and relocated water and sewer, and other work.
