PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation RFP-25-0599JM-C
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for Citrix Universal Hybrid Multi-Cloud. The current software in use by the County is no longer available for renewal. The replacement software is offered as a subscription-based solution at a higher cost, requiring the County to compete this product for a new award and master contract. Ten (10) proposers offered competitive pricing proposals with vCloud Tech determined to be the lowest responsible bidder and as such selected as the intended Awardee, in accordance with SCC section 3.04.201(3) and section 3.04.140(11).
