PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of Professional Services Agreement with TRS Mechanical, Inc.
BACKGROUND: The Facilities Department issued RFP-25-0414RB for Cooling Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services. The work was awarded to TRS Mechanical, Inc. through the competitive bid process. Approximately 85 HVAC units will be serviced at multiple County locations. This request is to Expedite. We would like to have this contract in place no later than April 1st. Facilities has been without a contract for HVAC services since May of 2025. Preventative Maintenance is necessary at this time to avoid system breakdowns and warranty requirements.
