PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation - RFP-25-0483-C, Licenses, Data Risk Management
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for licenses related to data risk. Previously procured in accordance with SCC 3.04.160 through QT-23-013JM, the cost of extending the existing licenses beyond the expiration date would exceed an aggregate cost of $50,000.00, necessitating a recompetition. Eight (8) firms submitted proposals for RFP-25-0483-C with NumerikSoft being the highest-ranked proposer. The initial award term will be five (5) years, ending June 30,2030 with an estimated expenditure of $130,000.00 over the initial term.
