PURPOSE: Piggyback Award Recommendation for PB-26-0780LY - Office Supplies
BACKGROUND: The County has need for Office Supplies. DES issued competitive solicitation number 09925 for Office Supplies across fifteen different categories, awarding to three suppliers including Staples Contract and Commercial LLC. This award recommendation is to authorize utilization of the resulting DES Contract with Staples to leverage volume pricing in the best interest of the County for an estimated spend of $350,000 over an initial seven (7) year term.
