BACKGROUND: Economic Development has annual contracts with three key regional organizations, Economic Alliance Snohomish County, Greater Seattle Partners, and Northwest Innovation Resource Center, which support various aspects of business retention, expansion, attraction and small business and entrepreneur resources throughout Snohomish County.
