PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation - RFP-25-0587JM-C Software, Quest Active Roles
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for software license renewals related to centralized identity and access management solutions for the County. Five (5) firms submitted proposals for RFP-25-0587JM-C. TommyTQL was deemed the highest ranked proposer and as such is being recommended for award in accordance with Snohomish County Code section 3.04.120. The estimated expenditure is $350,000.00 for the initial five (5) year term.
