PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation RFP-26-0739JM-C
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for licenses related to a work management platform solution. This RFP-C establishes a new master agreement for licensing Asana Advanced, as well as offering options to upgrade to Asana Enterprise or Asana Enterprise+. The initial award term will be for five (5) years, ending June 30, 2031, with the option to extend for additional five-year terms for the life of the product’s use by the County. Total expenditure for the initial five-year term is anticipated to be approximately $55,000.00.
