PURPOSE: Approval for Professional Services Agreement Amendment No. 9 with Bratslavsky Consulting Engineers, Inc. for additional time to complete additional phases of design services and permitting support.
BACKGROUND: A consultant contract for professional services for Whitehorse Trail Design and Improvements was executed with Bratslavsky Consulting Engineers, Inc. on September 29, 2022 to provide design services for the Whitehorse Trail. The initial contract was for site analysis and conceptual design, followed by five subsequent time-only amendments to allow the County additional time to review the schematic design options and to progress in easement negotiations and to determine design direction. Amendment No. 7 included services for the next phase of design and engineering and permitting for the project. This Amendment, No. 9, is a time only extension to allow for additional time to complete permitting, finalize bid document and complete construction.
