PURPOSE: To approve 9 leases for office and dressing room trailers for the 2026 Fair with Pacific Mobile Structures.
BACKGROUND: An RFQ was sent, two quotes were received, and one was non-responsive. After fair staff reviewed the prices of the rental trailers, it was decided to proceed with 9 trailers for fair time operations at the 2026 Fair with Pacific Mobile Structures. QT-DCNR-26-001
