PURPOSE: Sign agreement for Council Grant Agreement with Scholar Fund replacing agreement GF-022-2a Second Chance Outreach
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Council approved adopted Ordinance 22-001 on February 23, 2022; making supplemental appropriation the General Fund 002 to provide expenditure authority for unanticipated funds the 2022 budget. Funding provided from the County to the Scholar Fund to sponsor Participatory Justice will be in the amount of $100,000 subject to the terms of the agreement
