PURPOSE: Council’s approval of Ordinance to revise SCC 4.46 to allow donation of surplus County owned vehicles to non-profit organizations as allowed by state law.

BACKGROUND: Attached draft ordinance is a proposal to revise Snohomish County Code Chapter 4.46 to allow for the donation of surplus County owned vehicles to non-profits and government agencies for the benefit of the poor and infirm as allowed by state law.
