PURPOSE: To recommend the reappointment of Mark Smith to the Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board.

 

BACKGROUND:
*
                     The Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board (CDMH Board) currently has nine vacancies. 
*
                     The Chemical Dependency and Mental Health Program Advisory Board voted unanimously to recommend this individual for reappointment at their February 17, 2021 board meeting. 
*
                     Mark Smith has served in an At-Large position. The CDMH Board has previously recommended this position be filled by someone in the Housing field. He is the Executive Director of the Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County, and thus has the experience for this position. 
*
                     This would be his 3rd term, which will expire on 2/28/2024.
