PURPOSE: To adopt administrative rules of conduct for public meetings
BACKGROUND: Snohomish County Charter Section 2.60 authorizes the Council to enact rules of procedure. The Council enacted SCC 2.48.165 by Amended Ordinance 02-047 allowing for Council to organize and administer the legislative branch and to perform other administrative acts. The Public Meeting Conduct Rules are an administrative act.
