PURPOSE: The proposed ordinance would amend sections of code and adopt new code for collection container placement and timing within unincorporated areas of Snohomish County.
BACKGROUND: Sponsored by Councilmember Low, this ordinance would implement changes to code that would assist in defining the timing and placement of collection containers, so as not to interfere with public health and safety.
