PURPOSE: Approval of Ordinance by County Council authorizing the County Executive to execute the Amendment to Interlocal Agreement Between Snohomish County and the City of Lake Stevens relating to the Ownership, Funding, Operation and Maintenance of Wyatt Park.
BACKGROUND: In February of 2020 an Interlocal agreement was executed for the City of Lake Stevens to accept ownership, management, and the financial responsibility for maintaining and operating Wyatt Park. The City of Lake Stevens requested to discontinue accepting the county pass due to increased costs for operating this and County Parks staff agreed to make this change through this amendment.
