PURPOSE: Piggyback Award Recommendation - PB-25-0573 - Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines
BACKGROUND: SCHD has need for a reliable supply of Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines to service the County. This bid award recommendation authorizes utilization of Minnesota State Contract #MMS2401062, made available for use through DES Participation Addendum #29123, in accordance with Council approved agreement with DES authorized under Motion 24-232. Cardinal Health 110 LLC and Cardinal Health 112 LLC are authorized suppliers under DES Addendum #29123. The requested award amount is an estimated $270,000.00 over a three (3) year period.
