PURPOSE: Executive approval of Amendment (3) to the PSTAA Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish School District to re-allocate unspent funds from ILA Budget 2023-2024 to ILA Budget 2024-2025.
BACKGROUND: PSTAA ILA Amendment (2) included the 2024-2025 Services and Expenditure Plan for $39,985.84. The PSTAA ILA Amendment (3) reallocates unspent PSTAA funds from 2023-2024. This ILA amount is increased by $10,065.79 for a new ILA amount of $50,051.63. Ordinance 22-072 authorizes the executive to execute amendments to the annual services and expenditure plans that reallocate unspent funds from a prior program year and for which sufficient appropriations already exist.

DEPARTMENT FISCAL IMPACT NOTES: There is no impact to County General Revenues as a result of this action. All costs associated with this Interlocal Agreement amendment will be supported by PSTAA funds and these funds have been appropriated for 2023-2024 and have been included as part of the 2023 budget request.
