PURPOSE: To obtain the approval of the Professional Services Agreement with G & H International to provide consultation services for coordination of grocery supply chain operations.
BACKGROUND: Grant funding from FY 20 UASI and FY21 UASI was given to Snohomish County Department of Emergency Management for the coordination of grocery supply chain operations. The UASI identified a gap and determined there is a need to secure and make resilient key nodes, methods of transport between nodes, and materials in transit. All funding is included in our 2023 Approved GWP (Motion 22-423) and proposed 2024 GWP and proposed budget.
