BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued on behalf of Public Works, Fleet Management for a 2023 or newer model Cold Pavement Milling Machine. The Cold Pavement Milling Machine will be used by the Division of Public Works and will be purchased as needed for the County’s use in various projects.
