PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation PW-22-003SB
BACKGROUND: A formal bid was issued for Cathcart Culvert #1 Rehabilitation. This project includes the rehabilitation of two culverts by the method of resin-impregnated Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP). Work shall take place beneath the intersection of two services roads located at the Snohomish County Cathcart Way Operations Center. All work is in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the 2021 WSDOT Standard Specifications.
