ORAL MOTION
Council Vice-Chair Nehring made a motion directing the Prosecuting Attorney to join Pierce and King County in an Amicus filing in federal court for the true blood matter to protect the county’s interest in civil commitments. Councilmember Dunn seconded the motion and it carried unanimously by the four members present.
