BACKGROUND: A competitive Invitation to Bid was issued on behalf of the Fleet Services Division to obtain pricing for various models and sizes of Backhoes and Articulating Wheel Loaders. The Backhoes and Articulating Wheel Loaders will be purchased as needed for the County’s use in various projects.
