ORAL MOTION
Pursuant to RCW 4.96.041(3) and SCC 2.90.085, Council Vice-Chair Mead moved to authorize the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to defend Sheriff Adam Fortney in the recall petition filed against him on November 28, 2022. Councilmember Low seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.
