PURPOSE: Bid Award Recommendation RFP-26-0687-C, Licenses, Device Analytics & Forensics
BACKGROUND: A competitive Request for Proposals - Software (RFP-C) was issued for Licenses, Device Analytics & Forensics. The Department of Information Technology currently employs Magnet Forensics’ AXIOM and Graykey software. The cost of extending these licenses beyond the current expiration date would exceed 20% of the initial bid award, requiring that the previous contract be recompeted. RFP-25-0687JM-C identified vCloudTech to be the highest scoring firm, based on adherence to RFP requirements and cost in accordance with SCC 3.04.120 and Section 3.04.140(11). The estimated expenditure is $250,000.00 over the initial five (5) year term, ending May 2, 2031
