PURPOSE: Reappoint Brian Holtzclaw to the Snohomish County Planning Commission as the District 4 representative.
BACKGROUND: Planning Commissioners are volunteers who are appointed by the County Council. They serve four-year terms and can be reappointed for two additional four-year terms. Brian Holtzclaw was appointed to the Planning Commission via Motion No. 26-055 on February 18, 2026, for a partial first term, expiring on January 4, 2027. This will be Brian Holtzclaw’s first full term that expires on January 4, 2031.
