PURPOSE: To surplus and sale of office trailer no longer needed at Arlington Operations Center
BACKGROUND: In 2016 Snohomish County Department of Public Works (the “County”) acquired an office trailer with VIN 16199, (the “Property”) for general office use at the Arlington Operations Center (the “AOC”) in Arlington, WA. The County is in the process of redeveloping the AOC and has determined the Property is not needed in the long terms plan of the new development and wishes to surplus the Property. The Property needs to be removed from the AOC to avoid holding up the next phase of renovations. Due to the condition of the Property, destroying and removing the Property from the AOC far exceeds the value of the Property. North County Regional Fire Authority is ready to purchase the Property from the County for $500.00.
