PURPOSE: Approving a change in the management exempt employee salary range tables within Superior Court.

 

BACKGROUND: This Motion provides for an adjustment in the rate of pay for the Law Clerk/Bailiff classification in Superior Court.  In accordance with Snohomish County Code, the Human Resources Director is recommending this change in pay due to market conditions.
