PURPOSE: Council approval and Executive signature on the ILA agreement with the City of Marysville for flood prevention.
BACKGROUND: December 12, 2022; ORR along with Snohomish County Surface Water Management posted a NOFA for Flood Mitigation Capital and Planning Projects NOFA to fund capital construction projects that mitigate the risk of flooding as well as planning and design projects that prepare for future flood mitigation construction projects in the County. This NOFA was funded through Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery (CLFR) funding established under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). It is through this NOFA that the City of Marysville was found eligible for the ILA for which this ECAF has been initiated.
