PURPOSE: To recommend the reappointment of Patricia O'Maley-Lanphear to the North Sound Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND: The North Sound Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization (NSBHASO) Advisory Board currently has 3 (three) Snohomish County vacancies. The NSBHASO Advisory Board advocates for the interests of individuals with mental health issues and substance use disorder, and provides recommendations to the NSBHASO Board of Directors, consisting of elected officials from Island, San Juan, Skagit, Whatcom, and Snohomish Counties. The Advisory Board is comprised of twenty-six (26) members, nine (9) from Snohomish County.
Patricia O'Maley-Lanphear has over 20 years of professional experience in mental health and substance use disorder. Ms. O'Maley-Lanphear has served on several other Snohomish County Advisory Boards over the years. The North Sound Behavioral Health Administrative Services Organization Advisory Board voted unanimously to recommend this individual for reappointment. Patricia O'Maley-Lanphear's term expires 6/30/2028. Patricia O'Maley-Lanphear also serves on the Chemical Dependency Mental Health Program Advisory Board for Snohomish County.
