body

DEPARTMENT:  Facilities, Real Property Division

ORIGINATOR:  Carl Jorgensen

EXECUTIVE RECOMMENDATION:  Approved by Ken Klein 10/10/25

PURPOSE: To terminate easement no longer needed

BACKGROUND: Snohomish County entered into a beneficial easement for drainage with Gilbert J. Tardiff and Florence M. Tardiff on August 5, 1969, under Auditor’s File No. 2106831. The Snohomish County Department of Planning and Development never developed or used the Easement for the purposes intended, has no need of the Easement and wishes to terminate the Easement. The Property Management Division of the Department of Facilities and Fleet recommends the Easement be terminated.
