PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval of the Professional Services Agreement with Five Star Mechanical.
BACKGROUND: The Facilities Department issued RFP-25-0420RB for Refrigeration Systems Preventative Maintenance, Repair and Support Services. The work was awarded to Five Star Mechanical through the competitive bid process. Nine Refrigeration units will be serviced at the following buildings: Records, Medical Examiner, and the Oakes Jail.
