PURPOSE: TO APPROVE A CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT EXEMPT POSITION SALARY RANGE WITHIN THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE

 

BACKGROUND: A review of current compensation and job duties across the county’s communication job classifications has identified the need to adjust the salary of the DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS - SHR to maintain internal equity with comparable communications positions. This adjustment will: Align the job classification’s compensation with comparable communications roles. Ensure appropriate pay relationships within the organization.
