PURPOSE: Approve and authorize the County Executive to sign an agreement with Dziedzic Public Affairs to provide state behavioral health services government affairs.
BACKGROUND: Dziedzic Public Affairs (DZPA) has been on contract with Snohomish County to provide public affairs services relating to behavioral health support since the 2024 legislative season. DZPA’s professional work supports and influences the County’s legislative objectives. This PSA would contract with DZPA at the same cost and service level as the current one-year contract, which expired June 30, 2026.
