PURPOSE: To obtain Executive approval to sign Amendment #12 with Applied Data Systems, Inc.
BACKGROUND: An Agreement was executed with Applied Data Systems, Inc. (ADSI) on 5/1/2014. The County and ADSI wish to add a feature to our Archibus software management agreement that will allow the County to create a Space Catalog for the main campus buildings of Admin West, RJD, the Courthouse and Mission. This will help in the location of assets, assigning assets to certain rooms, space reporting and On-Demand work orders.
