PURPOSE: Appoint Charles Wichert to the Snohomish County Ethics Commission Position 3 to complete a vacated term that expires June 30, 2023, and with eligibility to serve two additional three-year terms.
BACKGROUND: It is the Commission’s duty to examine filed complaints regarding violations of the County Ethics Code and to resolve complaints. The Snohomish County Ethics Commission exists as a non-biased resource for the community and can provide information and solutions. Members are appointed by the Council on the Recommendation of the County Executive.
