PURPOSE: To allow the Snohomish County Property Officer to sign all documents on behalf of Snohomish County necessary to issue a new license to DCYF for occupation of 378 square feet on the first floor of the Snohomish County Juvenile Justice Center
BACKGROUND: The Washington State Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) has occupied 378 square feet of office space on the first floor at Snohomish County Juvenile Justice Center located at 2801 10th Street, Everett, WA 98201 since January 2022. DCYF’s current license to occupy said office space expires at the end of 2026. DCYF desires to continue occupying 378 square feet of office space on the first floor at Snohomish County Juvenile Justice Center located at 2801 10th Street, Everett, WA 98201.
